2.. How long does the process take? About 1-2 months depending on the design. If you have a shorter time frame still contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
3.. I’m concerned about pricing, do you have cost effective solutions? Yes! Please contact us and we will talk about those options with you!
4… What are my options with paper and printing types? We can accommodate any printing processes and your paper choices are endless, but we recommend either cotton lettra or linen depending on your budget.
1… When will I receive my order? Shipping takes 1-2weeks.2.. What about sales tax? We charge tax for Texas residents only.3.. What is your return policy? Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Customized products may not be returned. If you cancel your customized order before it has been processed you will receive a full refund. If a customized order has been started in any way you will receive a 50% refund. Customized orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved for any reason. Please triple check spelling and content details when you receive your proof. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, there will be an additional charge for a reprint.
4.. Is my transaction secure? Absolutely, we do not even see your billing information in our system with the program we use.
